Frequently Asked Questions
Services
Which industries do you serve?
Fifteen sectors, including construction, manufacturing, oil and gas, logistics, healthcare, hospitality and facility management — each with roles and processes tailored to that sector's actual staffing patterns.
Can you handle multi-city deployments?
Yes, we cover 14 Saudi cities and industrial zones — a single contract can supply and coordinate workers across multiple project sites simultaneously.
Do you supply both skilled and unskilled labor?
Yes — from general laborers to certified tradespeople (electricians, welders, HVAC technicians) and specialist and administrative roles, depending on the workforce category you need.
Do you offer both short-term and long-term staffing?
Yes — from a two-week seasonal assignment to multi-year managed workforce contracts, with the sourcing model chosen to match the actual duration of the need.
What types of workforce solutions do you offer?
Twenty models in total — from single-role contract staffing and temporary labor for short projects, to permanent recruitment, HR outsourcing and fully managed workforce services for long-term operations.
Process
What information do you need from us to start?
The roles and headcount needed, the site location, the expected duration, and any specific certifications or experience required — we'll confirm the rest during a short scoping call.
How do you handle replacements if someone resigns?
We're notified immediately by our on-site coordinator or the worker's supervisor, and a replacement from our standby pool is proposed as fast as the role allows — for long-term contracts, this is usually within days.
How long does it take to deploy workers after signing a contract?
It depends on headcount and role type, but most standard requests are staffed within one to two weeks; urgent or large-scale mobilizations can move faster using our existing pre-vetted pools.
What happens if a worker doesn't meet expectations?
Flag it to your account coordinator and we'll arrange a replacement, typically within a few days depending on the role — this is a standard part of every supply contract, not a special request.
Can we interview or vet candidates before they're deployed?
Yes — for most roles we can arrange client interviews or a trial shift before final placement, particularly for skilled and supervisory positions.
Compliance
What happens if a worker's Iqama expires mid-contract?
It shouldn't — we track renewal dates proactively and process them well ahead of expiry as part of standard account management, so this isn't something you need to monitor yourself.
Are your workers covered by GOSI?
Yes — every worker we supply is registered and covered under GOSI as our own employee. We can provide proof of registration for the specific workers on your project before the contract starts.
Who is responsible for Iqama renewals?
We are — as the employer of record, Iqama sponsorship, renewals and related government fees for supplied workers are our responsibility, not yours.
Are you licensed by the Ministry of Human Resources?
Yes — we operate under a valid activity license from the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, and can provide a copy on request before you sign.
Does using your services affect our own Saudization ratio?
Supplied non-Saudi workers are counted under our Nitaqat ratio, not yours, since they remain our employees — how outsourced labor interacts with your specific ratio is something we confirm with you before the contract starts.
Pricing
Is there a minimum contract length?
It varies by workforce solution — temporary and on-demand staffing can start from a few weeks, while managed workforce and outsourcing arrangements typically run longer to justify the setup involved.
Can pricing scale with headcount changes?
Yes — most contracts are priced per worker, so cost scales directly with headcount up or down, with the adjustment process and notice period agreed in writing at the start.
Are there setup or onboarding fees?
For most standard requests, no — onboarding is included in the rate. Larger or urgent mobilizations may involve a one-time setup discussion, which we'll always disclose upfront, never after the fact.
How is pricing structured?
Typically a monthly rate per worker that bundles wages, GOSI, and administration — the exact structure depends on the role, duration and workforce solution, and is confirmed in a written quote before you commit.
What's included in the rate besides the worker's wage?
GOSI contributions, Iqama sponsorship and renewal costs, basic PPE where applicable, and our own supervision and account management — all bundled into the quoted rate, not billed separately later.
